Thus far, turmeric extract has shown potential effects in warding off simple infections, type 2 diabetes, and Alzheimer's disease.
There are many ways to benefit from turmeric extract. Some of these are:
1. Its powder form can be used as a natural coloring and flavoring agent in cooking.
2. Its rhizones can be taken as ingredient in dishes.
3. It can be added to egg salads.
4. It can be mixed with nutritional drinks such as fruit and vegetable shakes.
